Keep Out Sign

Hi All,
I am looking at putting keep out/off signs on my leases and looking for ideas for wording  to put on the signs,
I don’t want to just put keep out and  I don’t want something that would be premeditated. Your throughs/ ideas would be appreciated.

I saw one which said basically ... Stop and think , Don't Enter Turn around. Enter at your own risk, YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

ps It also mentioned the area being Booby trapped but i'm not suggesting that approach.

Simply write Lease is under surveillance and trespassers will be reported to authoritys for any illegal activity.

Hows things going mate.  Yes just put up a sign that says "Private Lease with the P number" you can't put threatening/intimidating stuff.

In most cases people know exactly where they are and a sign or no sign won't stop these people.

Even "Keep Out" is not that good, because as you know with a WA miners right your allowed to travel across a lease to get to where your going.

I believe the Aboriginals would "Point the bone" at recalcitrants so perhaps a sign saying "Bone pointed at trespassers" might do the trick.

Doesn't matter what you put on your sign, arsols will always want what you have and more,,,,,

I would put up a sign saying something like - NO ADMITTANCE Private Lease (ML/PL NO. ...) SURVEILLANCE CAMERAS IN USE.  

I know a guy who has a lease in WA and only has sign to say 'Surveillance Cameras in Use'.  He has several cameras and one he calls the 'sacrificial camera' as they have been shot at.  He had video of one chap, below up a photo and sent it to the trespasser (found out who it was) with a warning letter.

In Talbot there is a sign which says, "Trespassers will be shot, survivors will be shot again."

It might be easy to find and identify leases in W.A., but I was out at Amherst detecting and I noticed a stake in the ground. It was a peg for a lease. It didn't appear to have any dates on it so I looked around for more pegs but couldn't see any so I left.
