old mining lease sign 20181110
This is a old pressed tin mining lease sign I came across some time ago ,not sure which decade it's from.?1920/1930's??
It's a beautiful relic from our gold mining past,happy to share.

Tis a pity geof junk,but they did a better job than what I would have done,I hate painting especially fiddly things like this.
I suppose it adds to its quirky originality ,I did consider stripping it back but decided it would loose it's charm.
