hi guys i have just got 3 new upgraded 8.5"x5" nuggetech mono coils ,and we are going to try them out this w/end to see how they compare against the 6" and 8"coiltek ones 2 will be on 4000s and 1 on a 4500 so i will keep you informed on their perfofmance cheers al

hi nightjar i ihavent found any gold with them yet,but early days,depth doesnt seem to be a problem,can pick up targets down around the12" mark,have also been able to find tiny pieces of metal shards and the like,the 8by6 is very sensitive and you only have to touch the edge on a twig or some grass to get a response,but the that also occurs with my 6"mno as well. cheers al
