May not ne prospecting related but I think this is a gold nature event.
Late 2018 resident frogs deposited their eggs in our pond and below pics show theire transition from tadpoles to frog.

A few questions Nightjar, Do the tadpoles eat bread and corn? Also, are they green tree frogs. Finally, do they croak at night?
ps Really cool mate, I love that nature stuff. cheers Pete.

Morning Pete,
In answer to your questions;
Yes, tadpoles eat dried bread, fish flakes and are also partial to rice crackers.
Yes, they suck on the corn all day.
Unfortunately when they leave home some of them hop out onto the concrete driveway and dehydrate rapidly and die. We do a frog watch several times a day and I pick up any wayward ones and flip them back into the pond to hydrate.
They are Motor Bike Frogs sometimes referred to as Tree Frogs. When it is mating season the "bikies" rock up revving their engines and doing burn outs. (Love it!)

Thanks Marty,
My sister mentioned lettuce leaves, boiled, will definitely try the frozen lettuce on the remaining few. Will file your advice away for next season.....
