Great Nugget finder warranty service

Bought a NFA 17x11" mono solid coil in Jan from Reeds Prospecting and got to take it out for 2 weeks only to find that it was falsing badly on rocks, sticks and when it was resting on the ground while changing a few settings. Phoned Jeff at Reeds on Friday to find out when the coil was due back and was told that NF will just replace it with a new one, no questions asked as they know they had a few that had some issues. Even though this coil was a pain in the arse sometimes and my 18" round mono ended up being used more because of this I couldnt be happier with the outcome. Thanks NF for no bullshit and genuine customer service. I know what coils I'll be buying from now on. Also thanks to Jeff at Reeds for taking the time out over the phone and sorting this out for me. Its very much appreciated
