Re: The ULTIMATE DETECTOR.
Sounds and looks a little sus to me.
1). New forum member joins today
2). Posts about a detector that will out perform all other detectors
3). No specs no claims no information on anything other then a non-completed website
4). No release date other then "soon"
5). No known names associated with with the detector
6). No pictures of or leaked information on the detector
Maybe I'm wrong but i smell a rat.

Naar, sorry Trent, you cant come out with that sort of statement and just follow it with "ALL INFO WILL BE AVAILABLE ON RELEASE DATE".
How can you possibley expect people to give an expression of interest based upon a claim that it will be competition for the 5000. That is a pretty big claim! Especially when there are;
No facts
No data
No field test/comparrison stats
No pictures
No nothing
Look, I honestly do hope you have created a machine to rival ML's 5000. There is nothing like a bit of healthy competition, but seeing as there have been various "claims" by other people in the past regarding a "super detector" re. QED etc. I think you might of just jumped the gun a little here and ruined your chances of people taking an interest in your machine seeing as you have deliberatly failed to include ant info on this detector.
Sorry Trent, but we have heard all these claims before.

Re: The ULTIMATE DETECTOR.
All smoke and no fire
It is difficult to show Expression Of Interest for a new product when I have absolutely no indication of what the detector looks like, whether it is VLF or PI or a combination of both or if it is GPR. For all I know it might be a horse shoe magnet

Hey big chop where does it say it is better than the ML GPX5000, I can't see that anywhere, get your facts straight before you post up accusations
I just got my copy of GGT and there is a Add on page 13, jeez that was easy turn the page and there it is for all to see, seems Detectormods have a detector comming.
And with the GPX5000 where was all the right ups on it with all specs and pictures before it was released guess what there wasn't any, there was only rumours floating around to its existence.

Re: The ULTIMATE DETECTOR.
I only found out about this detector recently myself, and like everyone else haven't seen any pics or information on it so I have to wait and see what is released. The GPX5000 info was released before the detector came onto the market, so fencejumper is correct. I have put my name down but would like to see test after test out on the goldfields and all the specs, even a 2 detector side by side comparison GPX5000 and Ultimate Detector put on video done by a prospector with a lot of experience and respect. ( That counts me out )
Until all this happens I am in the dark like everybody else.
Cheers Brian.

OMG its a land based fish finder..... If its waterproof i will tow it behind my canoe and kill 2 birds with one stone....
PMSL at the targets in the add...Pirate treasure, roman helmet, genie bottle, etc..... Did pirates somehow dig thru 10 foot of solid rock to hide treasure? I guess they did...Thats why i never find it....
But seriously i would love to see this in action on small stuff... Also very interesting for people with piercings down below....
GPS tracker is a very nice feature....

Re: The ULTIMATE DETECTOR.
Re Golden gate Plus 3D.
From the vid clips it would seem that target separation might be a problem and it looks like it needs a few scans over a weak signal before it responds, so small targets might be missed if you failed to overlap the sweeps a few times. I don't like the audio.... sounds a bit like a dolphin gone nuts.
It does seem like a lot of detector for the money?

Re: The ULTIMATE DETECTOR.
I must admit my scepticism is high as well. Still, I registered my interest. Let's see if it walks the walk. ML has been doing that for a long time now.

Re: The ULTIMATE DETECTOR.
Very interesting!! VLF that's better than PI?? I'd like to see one in action up against a GPX. I wonder if they would send me one to try out, so long as I can post my truthful results on this forum? How's about it Trent, willing to send one to be tested???

Re: The ULTIMATE DETECTOR.
If it surpasses the 5000, Well designed, waterproof, good service ,light weight, but robust. Half the price, interchangeable coils with all the coiltek coils etc, and not their own brand. Extra long lower shafts, super sensative on small stuff and still ignore hot ground. Light weight batteries mounted on the control box, not a brick on my back, wireless headphones, led lit lcd for night detecting, gps tracking, adjustable forearm support.... AND MADE IN AUSTRALIA... Put me down for 2 or 3.
