Hi Everyone,
Off to Sandstone on weds, any Gos on finds there recently? ( don't expect co-ordinates Ha Ha )

Hi Goldstrijk go into the pub and see if nugget dundee is around or ask about him. He does tours on his own ground and seems like a genuine deal. He charges but flexible if he likes you? not promoting him but met him and Katie over a few drinks and some good local knowledge to be had.I would try it myself but ran out of time.
otherwise try gidgee area - north.
My only advise is it takes a lot of time to become familiar with the area if it's your first time. Patience!!!
Local knowledge is a must if you know what I mean.

I mentioned to my mate about gidgee and he knows the area
I'll let u know how we went, both newbies, but we will enjoy even if we only find the usual. bullets, tin cans etc.

I am on my way tomorrow morning to Sandstone and busy packing the ute
(being a Newbie I couldn't resist today, I got a 24inch round mono, more depth! Apparently?)
