Clermont GPA
Been doing some testing on Ground at Clermont with high iron stone area, we put some gold on Ground at different depths the Equinox 800 was good too 80 too 100mm the minelab 6000 was picking up too 200 mm too 300mm we are still tuning in these units every time in different grounds.
Some times the Equinox 800 was struggling too pick up gold on top of the ground 100mm with gain set 12 but volume too almost max too get a good sound without giving ghost signals like Charcoal iron stone and hot rocks.
Hope this helps.

Re: Clermont GPA
Maybe you are referring to the GPX 6000?
The EQ 600 will not perform as well as the 800 in gold field conditions.
The 600 lacks the ground tracking ability of the 800 in heavy iron mineralisation.
