At long last after holdups and hiccups the new QED PL4 is now available. I will post details on the QED site on Detectors in General.

Thanks for the update Reg. I wonder if X-Coils is looking to make a CC coil to match up with the QED as well? Interesting times ahead. cheers

Is this the QED PL4?

Sort of like an SDC, with the ability to fold up quite compact.
Could imagine that could be handy putting it in a backpack when hiking to a remote spot.

Yes jin, the centre photo shows the PL4 folded up, whereas the top one has the rigid handle, with the lower one having the fold down version. My thanks to you for putting up the Photo.
