Re: UFO’s cross the moon
Have a look on top of the embankment directly above the fireball on the enlarged pic. I can clearly make out a helmeted figure who is either kneeling or crouching and has the left arm extended. The figure is wearing a white top, black jeans and possibly a backpack.
When you enlarge the left side of the first pic, Steve’s white helmeted figure becomes a bit more obvious (see pic). That figure is likely crouching down as well.
I suggest, Adrian, that your daughter’s observation of seeing people in helmets was spot on. I think that your comment about DHds was probably close to the mark too. They chose this spot to roll some sort of incendiary device down the slope in front of oncoming traffic.

Sharkbait wrote:While we're on a UFO theme, there's been a pretty good drama series showing on SBS called "Project Blue Book"
It's based on the sightings in the US around the 50's and 60's..It's into the 2nd series now,so if you're interested and you want to watch it from the beginning, you can it watch for free on SBS On Demand. Worth a look.
Cheers...Dave
I loved the show - hope they make a third series.
