Re: Portable Camp oven/stove
Hi Jen,
We have one of these and have set it up to use in our annex of the camper trailer. Beaut little thing. We also bought the 3 litre stainless water heater that fits around the chimney. Keeps our annex and trailer nice and warm in winter. Had to get another chimney piece so that the chimney sticks up far enough above the annex roof.
If you look at the website https://livingundercanvas.com you can see what we have done.
Cheers
Doug

Re: Portable Camp oven/stove
I purchased one of these for camping and its a terrific little stove, cooked one or the best steaks I have ever eaten. good for keeping the billy hot as well also good for making some quick toast, only takes about 30 seconds. And no problem with smoke in your eye's thanks to the long flue.

Nice Jen
But we run with a Coleman BBQ Plate the little one where the legs fold out.Half plate half grill.Recipe follows
Dig hole with pick slightly bigger than plate and start fire, when wood turns to coals place foil wrapped potatoes in coals, go detect for 35 mins.On return after finishing admiring gold found place hotplate on fire and cook steak, chops, burgers or snags, open can of peas and place on coals, this recipe also works well with can of beans, tomatoes or corn. Can be comsumed with Chateau cardboard red or white. Then sit back in chair and think to oneself, this is the life. This recipe works even better if you get your better half to do it
