Georgetown/Forsayth Qld gold finds
After Clermont, I decided to go north for a detecting club week field trip and stayed on an extra week. Lots of 4WD to get to sections of the property but enjoyable non the less. Detecting was difficult with the long grass after late rains in the north of the country and it's pretty hot up there (compared to temps down south at present). Gold has been soaking in Alibrite but some quartz remains.

You go girl! well done, I have seen the grass up there first hand recently and I would guess less than 30% of the normal ground was accessible to the coil, a little frustrating to say the least.
