Gday Peter, mate I just have it in its holster but have it positioned on the back of me ass ha. Having it on your side zed can detect on the back swing. Be interesting to see how the new big coil goes. Prolly need it up between shoulders. Good prob to have but

Hi I've just bought a pro swing second hand and trying to get the bar out but it won't move.
Please is there some kind of trick to it.

I haven't used the pro swing harness for a very long time. As far as I can remember the J strut just pulls out, but are very tight.
