Extreme to a 5000
I have just upgraded from an Extreme to a GPX 5000.( Albeit secondhand)
After reading the destructions, I was starting to worry whether I had made the wrong move. Then
I went to this site and found the topic on the 5000.
Thanks to all who posted information the mud is now opaque !!! Hope I can find another three ounce rock.
Thanks again
Tony :confused:cheers:

Welcome and glad that you found this site helpful. Ask away if you still feel a little confused and hopefully we'll get that mud so clear, that it'll be drinkable.

Re: Extreme to a 5000
G'day Tony,
Congrats on your Upgrade to the 5000 and good luck with it out in the Gold fields. I am sure you will have no problems with it as the 5000 is still a very good and capable machine, as I still have one and still finding gold with it.
Cheers.
Mike.

Extreme to 5000
Thanks for the encouragement do not know whether it will get a lot of use in the next few months as the financial controller and I will be looking after a station in the Gascoyne for a while. You never know tho gold has been found near this station. Never the less I will be trying.

Hi margntony
I think you shall do very well with the gpx5000
You will hardly get anymore hotrocks now.
Good luck and I hope you will tell us all how you are going with it when you do get a chance to use it.
And don't forget to ask heaps of questions... If you have any about the gpx5000
