Change your timezone

Dear members !

We are very happy to announce an update of the timezone management on Forumotion forums.
The timezone settings are much more precise now :  you can be sure that  the forum will show the right time according to your location.
However, you will see, as the choice of locations is much larger than it was before, you and your members have to make some little adjustments.
It is important to choose a Timezone which corresponds most closely to your geographical location.

This means that the time you post your messages etc may be wrong as you have to update your personal timezones.  You do this by:  
Going to Profiles at the top of the page, choose Preferences, choose Timezone and select the city appropriate to yourself.

You can also change your time to am or pm rather than the 24 hour clock ie  21.00 or 9.00pm

Don't forget to Save it!

Hi Jef you are finally back on board mate. Good to see you. Not only the time was a problem but I was having problems seeing items in the Greneral Discussion section as well. Specially anything that I put up. I had to go into Google Chrome to see it. But I'm back on Internet Explorer again and all's well at the moment.

I just realised that my time zone was set to Istanbul
