As the title says, im new to all of this but still extremely excited by the idea of panning and finding gold. My hopes aren't too high and I'm pretty realistic about all of it, but would be keen to learn the ropes and how-to's if someone would be kind enough to take me under their wing etc. Literally just have an old pan my Dad used back in the day, but he is too busy to help out. Even if someone has some information they wouldn't mind sharing or some time to spare to show me a place.

I have done a bit of research and looking into a few sites near kholo, that is about as far as I have gotten.

Anyways hoping to hear back (despite this whole section looking pretty dead lately)

cheers

Hi Jazza,  Smile welcome to the forum, I am a little too far away to be of any help to you and I know little to nothing of your area, but keep doing some research and I am sure something will come up, the pan is a simple yet effective way to recover some colour ...if it's there, and that's where your research will take you hopefully  Wink , check out you tube and such places for demos. good luck to you.

Wayne. cheers
