I got kicked out of crusoe reservoir a few weeks ago by a big, pissed off, council park ranger. He reckons you cant prospect in there! Is that true?

Did you see the article in the Ady a few weeks ago? About the 50 ouncer found in the Bendigo area, Well it is TRUE , Not just an Easter story this time. There was also a spot on the channel 7 news with a piture of the beauty. Great news for Bgo Tourism I reckon.

How the dickens did they ever move the darned thing? 642 oz = 40.125 lbs ... I'd hate to be trying to cart that thing out of the scrub and into the back of my old truck affraid

Getascripter, you ask how they ever moved a 40lb nugget?,via the feverish adrenalin rush method.Put it this way,lobbing on to a forty pound nugget of gold,to a prospector,would have the capabilities of bringing,not only extraordinary strength,but bring sight back to the blind and the quickstep back to the lame.
