Newbie in Perth re meeting others

Hi everyone. Just getting into detecting and was wondering what is the best way to meet other enthusiasts. If I go along to a West coast metal detectors club meeting will there be an opportunity to discuss things with experienced members. Advice appreciated.

Gday Ted no probs, the club may even have outings into the field where you maybe able to pick up a few tips on detecting as well, so would be the way to go, hope all goes well for you and happy hunting.
