some of my WA Gold from last year

Here is some of the Gold I found last year in WA.

Gday guys yes it was great to find, the biggest bit was 15grms, we got a patch which had a lot of old detecter holes all around it we ended up pulling out 1.5oz off it, the ground there was very salty and the detecter was howling like a wild dingo, you can't just ground balance like here in Vic, put the 5000 in salt mode but still had trouble getting it to run quiet using the coiltek 14*9 Gold stalker coil, ended up putting the 14" antinterfearance coil on handled it much better. The West has been very good to you Mike I`ve never been but many have come back to Vic with ounces over the years.It`s a big undertaking to travel there,and you have to be well set up to go off the beaten track..but there can be some nice rewards as you have shown..I`ve heard of some that come back near empty handed too

Beautiful finds and you`ve got it down pat tackling the mighty West with 4 trips up

Thanks guys just counting down the days now for our 5 th trip heading off at the end of this month. hopefully we have another Golden trip, it is a long way but we just take our time enjoying the different country side.
