Coins and Relics Metal Detector
Hi, I just bought a GPX 5000, now I am looking for a metal detector specifically for Coins and Relics, beside the series of Minelab, which is the best on the market under $ 1000?

Re: Coins and Relics Metal Detector
Fisher Gold Bug2 pro might be worth a look, I've heard a good thing or two about them.

Look into the White`s MXT or MXT Pro. It can do it all and in your price range.

Re: Coins and Relics Metal Detector
I can't go past the Garrett AT Pro International. Have a look in the "all about detectors" section under Garrett. I just posted what I've found in the last few weeks. It's a great detector, pro mode is a great feature, it's submersible, there's a great range of coils, the standard 11" DD is nice & light and can still pick out good targets amongst the bad. In my view out of all the detectors I have at my disposal this is my favorite hands down.
