hi just new to detecting wonder if anyone could point me in the right direction for more detailed maps of clermont (or any other cq areas)

You can purchase a map pack from Andy at Clermont detector for i think 5 or 10 bucks. Alternatively have a look at http://www.goldmaps.com.au/ their maps are $25. Small price if it puts you on the yellow stuff.

i also think you can download the clermont maps yourself off the queensland government mines web site.. sorry unsure of link.
