Ozito Chainsaw Chain Sharpener
Got me one of these today, and there the best things since sliced bread. Boy do they get the chain sharp and in no time flat too. The only draw back is you must remove the chain from the saw, buts that’s ok I rotate the blade at the same time. You can get them from Bunnings Warehouse for $ 58 yer good price too. cheers

being a timber fencer i by my chains in bulk and make them to size...i use the little sharpeners that connect to the battery of your car but these are great for the home mate work a treat and ozito are a great throw away brand cheap as chips and every now and again you get one that you can flog and it will never die....i brought a ozito drop saw last year thought it would last 2 weeks but its still going....

Sky mate yep I looked at the Still 12 volt ones for $88 but for what I need weekends and such I think the Ozito should be ok, I still use a file out in the field there is nothing worse than a blunt chain. They drive you nuts. Cheers mate

Aldis had them for a while but they always have good stuff when it as an off pay week. They were only about $40. I think you have to be careful. It would be easy to get carried away sharpening and have no tooth left after a couple of sharpens.

Re: Ozito Chainsaw Chain Sharpener
The only problem with these grinders is, they are not reversible like the expensive ones, so you end up with bur in on one side bur out on the other, which results in a more tempered chain on one side, When that happens you can throw away your file!
