Ozexplore Moving Maps Empty Ozexplore Moving Maps

Hi I am having trouble with moving maps,the moving maps start go for about 2 minutes then I loose the map but not the pointer then I have to reset maps.Any help would be great.Please reply in lay man terms new to computers.
