New State Government Agreement is Enacted

Hi Members.

I see Dan and his mates have slipped this one through, while Covid has been raging. Very few Parliamentary sittings etc.

What does this mean for Prospectors and Miners? Plus, what about forest access to all and sundry?
This came into effect on the 11th of August this year. It includes a number of affiliated clans across Central Victoria.
