With our prospecting season approaching it may be time to brush up on how to calculate the amount of gold in your species.

Yes Dave, we know you method works well.
For some unknown reason the link you sent on messenger downloads but you can't enter weights?
Anyway I do have the one from the post above.

G'day Peter
I sent you an email with the xls spreadsheet attached. The only place you enter any numbers is in the "Weight in air" and the "weight in water" everything else is automatic if the stone is basically quartz. Once you have used it a bit and understand it you can alter the "density of quartz" area and the "density of gold" area as most native gold will be closer to 18 than the 19 that it is set on
And don't save changes when closing the spreadsheet, that way it will always look the same when you open it again next time.
