I did original mod a fair while back before the Coiltek coil was available, once it was available I changed to a Sandy Shaft. Total weight with 11" Coiltek coil, battery, Pro Sonic and USB chargers for both internal battery and Pro Sonic which are stored in the screw on end of detector case is 1.975kg. Wee agricultural but has proven to be much easier to swing, and works AOK being stable as, has a 2700Mah Li-Po battery as per photo, note the USB charger. No changes at all made to circuit boards using the original pot cables, thus can be easily disassembled and put back in old case, but for me is the bees knees.Modified SDC2300 20200110
