dunnolly for a week

hi there,
i am off to dunnolly for a week on thursday 21st any good spots you would like me tell me about???? am willing to share finds

I know of a few spots in East Gippsland.

That must be the most detected area on the face of the earth, others may know better but I have found that place the hardest area I have detected so far to try and pull a piece of gold from.

Good place to base yourself with easy access to the many Goldfields. We all know its been hit hard over the years as MS says but Gold can still to be found at Dunolly.

i will be kickin around the area too . i will be in a white Range Rover with a coat hanger for an antena , say g'day if you see me .
i can show you a spot or two around Tarrna .
was out there last week and it is green as . better than that crap brown look we had to get used to .

Hi Jununka I have to agree with MS about Dunolly, but there is good gold still coming out of Dunolly and surrounding areas. I know of some up to 10oz,s and I myself got a very nice 7.7gm nugget only about 1.1/2 yrs ago that wife now wears around her neck. It is still out there but look for un-prospected ground that the old boys didn't hit, as they were only looking for payable gold in big quanities, not a few nuggets here and there.

i had someone watching me detecting a few weeks ago when i was on my farther inlaws land out between st.arnaud and stuart mill , they where in a big white 4x4 bus thing with dark tinted windows...it wouldn't worry me if they pulled up for a chat but he took off. i don't know if they are on the this forum or not?

ps use will be right over their good spot to start...not every bit off gold would off been picked up, just take ya time....i'll let use know what i'm up to befor due date use take off....
