GPZ Guide Arm Kit.. Stretch Rubber Alternative
I use the Guide arm on my GPZ, Its great. Late last year purchased the GPZ Guide arm and installed it on SWMBO's 2300. I collapsed her detector for our trip to the west and when re installing the Stretch rubber section it ripped. As a temporary measure secured the arm with tape and of course I could do this again and again, anybody have an alternative to the $42 hit..... The receipt is in nowhere mans land.

Note will probably buy a kit, just in case the heavy plastic spring breaks in the guide as this probably cannot be fixed using tape.
Note You can remove the arm and leave the shaft fitting on the shaft, but then the shaft cannot be closed up/compressed for travel.
