A Penny for your thoughts (And some gold too)
Found this penny its the best condition I have found one on both sides.
Some gold from two different areas, many of the Alluvial solids are tear shaped for some odd reason. These have been found with the 14"Elite and 12"Evo rounds exclusively on open ground.

Nicely done Deutran, some nice nuggies there
That Penny is in great nick for it's age too..can you count how many pearls in the king's crown? That usually determines condition..i.e Very Good,Fine,Extra Fine and so on.
Cheers...Dave

Great haul deut, lots to feast my eyes on here. And a penny that old in that condition should call for a nice valuation. I just think the coin world is ridiculous who cares about the lustre of an uncirculated coin when you can look at a gold nugget instead.

The solids give a weak but nice inverted signal at depth, the area was quite large in which these were found so few and far between finds.
