Looks like it will be a Coin & Treasure machine designed for the Euro market. I think the E-Trac and Safari are looking rather obsolete these days, especially since the CTX3030 came out.... perhaps other or the other about to be retired and replaced?

With present day technology, I find it difficult to imagine any new single frequency coin, jewellery and relic metal detector as being sensational.

maybe someone can concoct an ultrasonic radar type metal detector that paints an image on a screen of what is in the ground at depths to a metre in soft/ quiet ground.....I mean if a dolphin can do it then we should be able to come up with something.

Not much into coin detecting myself but, all or any new advances in metal detecting technology, are more than welcome.
