thinking about buying SDC 2300??

hi  making plans to go to wa. already have gpx 4500 and was thinking about getting a SCD2300. what are they like? they seem to have lost their price over the years!! thanks

seeing what I have first hand with the sdc for sure it is the ducks nutts for cleaning out patches , a good back up to the 4500

I second that, a fair amount of first hand experience to date with the flyshit magnet (SDC) on our own patches has convinced me if there is anything left after the 4500/5000 have done their work the SDC will vacuum it up and those little flyshits can add up in the end, not a bad machine as an all rounder as well, the SDC has more than earned a place in our arsenal

I will also agree to the above. We have one as our only detector at the moment and it has been cleaning up around Western Creek where other detectors have already been over. We will eventually get a GPZ to team up with the SDC.

Agree with all the above, with how well the 2300 works / hoovers, it suprises me that minelab didnt charge for it like the 7000. Hope minelab are not lookkng at this, do not want to give them ideas. TG
