How do you run your Coiltek salt cool gpx5000
Hi I have truly tried to find information in other threads on how to run the coiltek salt coil on a GPX 5000 can any one help me, such as settings ie sesitive extra DD Mono etc, i've tried the Minelab 11 inch DD in salt gold and it was not as quiet as a dedicated salt coil that I have seen in action. If I have missed the thread could someone point me to it. Kind regards in advance, spook.

The coiltek salt coil you referring to is it an anti-interference coil?, If so it will run really well on dry salt lakes, Use of timings Normal/sharp/sen extra, in DD mode, any size gold will bang in, watch out for black iron stones they will also bang on this coil, if the ground is wet will get the odd false ground noise.
Hope this helps
Cheers Mick
