HOW LONG BEFORE THE GPZ 7000 IS OUT ON SALE ?

How long will it be before the GPZ 7000 will be on sale, any ideas ?
Before Easter....... After Easter...... Or by June 30.....?

Guys Minelab has to be fair to ALL the dealers by only releasing so many to each dealer. This way all the dealer will have some detectors to cover some of their orders, but not all the order straight up. If one dealer has, say 50 orders, this does not mean that he is going to get 50 detectors staight of. This may be why some dealers are saying a 3 month waiting time. This is also why there is a deposit with some dealers to lock in your order. So don't think you can put an order in one week and your detector will be there the following week. That dealer will have to wait his turn again. The release date you will know on the 18th Feb.

Minelab will have a stockpile set for release it is only if the demand is very high that there might be some waiting. If that not the case then the company is not being run correctly.

Wont be long after there release reports will come in on there performance, best to wait and see before rushing in, i reckon about $8500.

If I remember correctly I paid in full for my first SD2000 about two months before I got it. Dividends this year will be good for Codan holders.

Yes if the price is not more than $8500 they will sell heaps if its good, a lot of people wouldn't have 10 k plus.

dont forget Minelab hasn't said a price yet, so it could be anything, maybe not much more than a 5000,

also, if it was a high price, it could come down after a while if sales were poor.

I asked ML about the detector release date, Price range and whether it was PI or VLf or both and got the reply that I posted earlier.

Before the end of the month, that ties in with what Minersden said, around March 1. We've waited 4 years, a few weeks more wont matter.

A little bird told me it will be $10700. After i got off the floor i went and melted some more gold to sell.

So we have 1 for sale at present.
