havelock beetween maryborough and dunnoly

I was wondering about this area near the bendigo turn of on dunnoly road theres a lot of big ploughed feilds around i do have access to a lot of these area,s as there on privite land ive had very little luck on these area,s maybe been picked over or its just to deep ,has anyone got any imfo .i was told this area is to far west and its deep gold but i have found a lot of hot ground full of iron stone and all the rest of indicators but no yellow stuff.lots of pipe clay heaps full of bullets .i had one report only that a mining campany went 60 feet down and found no gold so they moved back into simpson close to maryborough where the tank on the mulluck heap is and did find good gold there down deep acording to mining reports of the day.

Have a walk around simpsons and you might find my wedding ring. Re the tank,that farm has two resident operators that made a living from the area for many years. Owner lives near Swan Hill.

I have not found the weding ring maybe the only gold left in that place found an old car up on a hill old ford was the old guy who passed away a few years back who worked for the railways ,a guy and his wife around the corner from me in , grew up in the area and they own around 600 acres of land around there . i know of one guy who i wont mention his name wanted to dig the whole farm up in the back but never got permission ,if this guy wanted to do this there must still be a lot of gold down deep becouse this guy can smell gold from what im told .He was a family freind of the owners.
