What went wrong?

Last weekend in the golden triangle on a surfaced area, I buried 3 pieces of gold, first peice was 0.023gm at 1cm deep. 2nd piece was 0.6gm at 15cm deep 3rd piece was 2.6gm at 20cm deep. We had 2 SDC's and none of them could pick up these 3 pieces. That was quite a shock, my GPX4800 with the 8" Commander coil picked up the 0.6gm and the 2.6gm. Later on that weekend we tried the 5000 and a NF 12 x 7, on the 0.023 bit, no response either. This must be a very strange piece of gold. I was going to buy the SDC but now I will hang on to my 4800. A video clip would have been good to see of your results as most of the video clips being up loaded to YouTube etc. is for proof of what the SDC 2300 can do and very little showing what it cannot do.
