White Coloured Coils
Can anyone tell me if they use a white coloured coil such as a minelab coil or nugget tech coil instead of a darker colour because they find it works better?

Only going with a dark colour against a light colour in the sun. Not sure of all the facts in it.

Re: White Coloured Coils
This is were I got it. But have read more about it.
This 9 x 14 is one of the new Razorback coils that is designed for the White's TDI series detectors. The line is called the Razorback Australian "Longreach" TDI series. These coils have 5 foot cables, setback shaft connection ears, advanced shielding, and available in white only for better heat protection. Tests have shown that these coils are very stable and sensitive over the tough soils encountered in Australia. Weight with cable 1 lb. 2 oz..
