Rules and law for goldprospector

Hi all,
Could anyone tell me about the laws and rules for gold prospecting in WA. As started, where should I start.

G'day mohsen79 and welcome to the forum.
First you should go to your local DMP office and apply for your miners right and you will receive a free booklet on the rules and regs for WA. Also you should join APLA as they will help you to get onto some of the mining Co leases.
