Eureka Gold or AT Pro Empty Eureka Gold or AT Pro

Im looking at purchasing a detector in the next couple of weeks and im looking at a Garrett AT Pro or a Minelab Eureka Gold. I have a budget of around 1000. The at pro seems a little more user friendly for the beginner than the eureka. Any info would be appreciated ive looked them both up but im after some hands on experience.
