fibreglass upper shaft for gpx4000
hi all,i am looking for a fibreglass upper shaft for a minelab 4000 that will fit the std lower,does anybody know where i could locate one,my enquiries have only located the otto which wont fit the std minelab lower apparently.

Some of my standard minelab shafts will fit into the otto top shaft, might be from the older machines like the sd2100, and if they are a bit worn in helps, a couple are a bit tight and wont push all the way in , but will go in far enough to lock the pin in the first couple of holes .
Give it at try and see how you go.

Use some sandpaper on the lower ML shafts. That fixes the problem, and you can then use them with to Otto top shaft

ditto to above --- all my lower shafts fit the otto top shaft, no problems ... kev
