GPX 4000 3 piece shafts,shaft lengths.{detectors}
We have 2x4000s first thing ,the 2 piece shafts do not do anything for storing the units,we changed to 3 piece x sd,s,secondly,the unit is not long enough for me, i am 6ft.another 6 inches would be good (detector) do not read this wrong ,only constructive info.john.

Hi John,
You are probably aware of this but you can get longer shafts. The "Otto" brand has several lengths.

hi robert,i did find out recently about the longer shafts,i think that it is only the bottom one,which is good,but as i said i use 3 shafts on our 4000'sbecause the 2 piece origionals are too hard to store,thanks again john.
