Re: whipstick detecting
i can t land you on a spot that is up to you to find but remember when you swing your detector swing low and slow and don t try to cover the whole scrub in 10 minutes cheers Terry

Re: whipstick detecting
18 members of our prospecting club ( Bpc) met at Shadbolts picnic area on a Sunday about two weeks ago. No outing Sat. due to total fireban day. 49 bits of gold found but the largest only 2 grams and most only point 2 and .3 Mark from Gold Prospecting Australia probably done the best, as he only walked out and came back with 6 bits. All those bits are gone, never to return. Nearly all members had 5000's and i don't think a 35 would have found them.

wow
18 members with gpx 5000's, I feel outclassed n under dressed when I go out detecting now.
And they only picked up small bits too. But gold is gold.
