My first find!!

Hi everyone, just a tad excited here. Found my first piece of gold today, 2nd day in of owning a machine!
Weighs in at exactly 1 gram. I think people may of heard me yahooing 5 kms away lol.
If I can work out how to post a photo on here, I shall give you a peek at what ive named "the keeper" :-))

SSSSSwwweeeeeet!!! Gotta love that feeling! Someone asked me the other day what I did when I found my first bit? (that was only recently) I said "nothing really" but inside "I screamed like a little girl!"

Well done. And I note you live in the Triangle - this will be the first of many!!! I thought I heard a 'yahooooooooooo' in the bush. I love the Trainagle - everywhere on the goldfields you are" 5 minutes from a hot pie and a cold beer". And the Dunolly bakery is the best.

Good on you my lady, well done. It takes most of us weeks or even years to get our first bit of gold. I hope it just keeps coming for you from now on. But don't worry if it doesn't because you know now that you can find it so it will happen again. just stick in my Girl.

Congrats on your first gold fix but you do realise now that the addiction is going to be far harder to beat from here on in it will start to develope more into an obsession and you will never look at a piece of land or a mound of dirt the same way ever again

O M GOD GUYS!!!!.....thnx for the congrats, but guess what!
Today I went and had a lesson with coiltek...AND I FOUND ANOTHER PIECE. What is going on???? lol. I swear to god i didnt think id find anything for at least 2 years. Todays find was a team effort though i must admit. Someone swung the coil, i dug and someone watched on saying "its gold, its gold".
Someone needs to slap me coz im delirious

I had the shakes when I found my first (and only one to date). I only just stepped away from the car ground balancing the old sd2100 handed down from the old man when I realised it was actually getting a hit. Its a keeper for me and weighs 11.7g. The old man fired up his new 5000 on the other side of the car and found a piece of about the same weight. Spent the rest of the day checking the whole area (and where the car was parked) but no more. Funny thing is when I told the missus I found a nugget the first thing she said was - Whats it worth?.
