New JP GPX 5000 DVD

Great news - received in todays mail the new JP GPX 5000 DVD set.

2 DVD's and 3 hours of info.

Cannot wait to watch and learn.

I will let you all know my thoughts.

I dont have a GPX5000 but I was thinking of buying the Video should be a good watch while I have a couple of Bundys,

I have watched both DVD’s. Since I have no other similar Videos to compare them with I’ll
give you my observation.

Packaging, delivery, printing quality and presentation is excellent.

DVD Quality, sound, and editing is excellent.

Contents, interviews, paragraphs, continuity very well done.

Entertainment value from on the field test is very interesting. (it makes you want to book a holiday and go to WA.)

All in all, for 3 hours of interesting topics (costing me less than petrol cost to Mainlab training day from Wodonga to Talbot), I was able to pick up some very useful tips.

Did I learn much? YES!! This is probably because I am only a newbie. But I have no doubt
that even a experienced detectorist will find some invaluable advice.

Congratulations to JP to film and produce such an outstanding presentation!

Still waiting for mine... can't wait to get it so I can sort out my 5000 noise anomaly and learn how to use it properly....oh by the way, are there any members of this forum who currently uses or has used a 5000 within the pine creek NT area? I really need some helped with regards to working out my settings....like discovering sex for the first time...got all the gear, just no idea?

Got my 5000 dvd a week or so ago and very pleased with it. Watched it a few times have learned a few things that I plan to take into the field with me the next time I head out, which will be in early october. Only wish I could find the quantities that JP seemed to be hauling in
