Hi All,

I have just purchased a GPX 4500. I still have my GPX 4000 which my wife will use with the B&Z booster.
Does anyone make an external speaker with a switch?
That way I can use the speaker till wifie gets sick of detecting and then I would flog the B&Z back.

Yt2...

Check out Coiltek Maryborough.

They have speakers with a combined ON/OFF - Volume control fitted to the speaker housing
My wife and I each use one and more than happy with them.

Not too cheap, but a good investment IMHO......Nothing good comes cheap these days does it. lol!

Hi Yt2,

I use an external speaker with a switch that I bought from Ebay, it's a little bulky but works very well. The guy that sells them goes by Ebay ID: marthese1964, had a quick look before but he hasn't got any listed at present, although he generally puts more up fairly quickly. They sell for around $45. The guy who makes the speakers is a member of the Sunbury Metal & Gold detecting club and his name is Tony, you may be able to track him down via the club.

Cheers!
