SEQ newbies that need all the help we can get

very new and very keen to get out there and explore, not scared of research or hard work, have just bought a metal detector and pan etc and keen to experience the hunt, maybe even a find, have been reading heaps about it all but would appreciate any and all assisatance available,,,, we are a husband and wife team and would be keen to even tag along to help us learn, or just partner up and explore,,, so much to learn, can you all maybe help us ??? a little or heaps ??? we are in Brisbane and always up for a chat so let us know,,,, happy hunting to you all and heaps of success

you can go to a detector shop and do a day or 2 day course. they show you eveything you need to know.....the best thing to do.

not to sure havn't been up that way for a very longtime....

as far as we can ascetain they have all shut down or at the point of shutting down,, will keep looking though,, cheers for the input
