Coils for whites gmt

Not being used to high freq vlf i'm wondering if some one could suggest what coils are best suited to this detector ill generally be in low mineralized soil and probably either be looking for small mat inthe top 2 or three inches or big stuff at its max depth. I know thats a bit of a contradictionin itself but would like what ever you can help me with, thanks,mark
