Provem wrong! South coast Beginner

Hi all, wondering about the Shoal haven river and it's colour in it. I have done a bit of research and may of found a spot but wondering if some one could point me in the right direction as i am most likely going the wrong way, please help. I have a very sceptical wife who thinks i should stick to cutting coal instead of buying fossiking equipment. My daughters are going to help, not cause there keen, because they have strong backs lol. i would be grateful for some help as i know the N.P's are out of bounds is there any good spots for biginners?

You would be well advised to stay clear of the National Park!

Its the biggest mistake a newbie gold hunter makes!
After many years of experienced prospectors fighting for decent rules and regulations and access to good areas it only takes one newbie to go and stuff it all up!
They usually promote their bad deeds on forums and U tube!

If you want to take up gold do it legally!
