New Member 'Howdy!'

Hello All,

New member here just sayin "Hello!".

I was taken gold detecting by a guy from work a couple of times and I loved it. No gold so far, but it will come.

In the mean time I am scrounging dollars to get my own detector. And reading message boards .

Hi G/D....Greetings and welcome to the Midas Club.......A word of warning, try not to find any gold, if you do you get hooked.....I found my first gold in 1980 and here I am with nine detectors sitting at the table with a pile of gold nuggets....picking them up and letting them dribble through my fingers and salivating in anticipation of my next trip to the goldfields.

Follow Up question to one and all:

Are Eureka Gold capable of finding gold in Victoria?

Or are there better options for $1000 or so budget?
