hi all been very interested in getting into gold prospecting and have been doing some reaserch online and at the western syd reading room via archives through old bankrupcy docos and looking forward to taking a few trips in a couple of months in areas i belive maybe old timer hot spots from mid 1828 up to 1890s.been doing some planning and looking into the 5000 to use on the dried up rivers no longer there.

i didnt realise that there were forums to chat and mingle about this, which is a great reasorce

anyway dont have much time on my hands but when i get leave will do camping trips and spend some $$$ to try make some back

so hi to all and hope can have some good balanced talks about all things gold i guess

Hi mate, sounds like you are getting right into it.

please consider joining NAPFA -- I see you are in NSW.

Here is a link:

www.napfa.net

The NAPFA and NSW Issues sections on the forum would also be worth a look.

MAPFA has a fab membership deal going at the moment -- join up and get two free tickets in GPX5000 raffle.

cheers, steve.
