new ground
Well i hired a 4500 from a bloke in town $100 for the weekend i was heading to some ground that i had seen on my way to the dentist the week before that i thought looked promising, over the weekend i had picked up over an ounce including a 12.5g peice ,so i cashed in the gold and put some extra cash in and brought my self a 2200 v2.
Within the first week a couple of hours after work each night i had raked up nearly 3 more ounces what a spot a couple of mates are also working the same ground all up over the last two and a half weeks close to 7 ounces what a spot this has been if only i grew back
Cheers Danny
12.5 grams
The rest of the first ounce
some of second lot of gold

Re: new ground
Well done mate. The way you are going you will be able to up grade to a 5000 very soon, but I would not get rid of your 2200v though, as you can see they are a great machine.

Re: new ground
Well done Dannyvic,
You drove past that spot and thought mmmmmmm, well I'm very happy for you...gave the spot a crack and it paid off. Also like your way of thinking, hiring out to get a detector after your finds....nice one!!!!!!!
